Units of the Syrian Army killed scores of the terrorists while conducting operations in the provinces of Hama and Deir Ez Zour.
According to the field reports, 4 ISIS leaders, all of whom were foreign nationals, got killed after conducting the raids in the eastern countryside of the town of Salamiyeh, located in the southeastern countryside of Hama province.
In addition, the Syrian Air Force has carried out an airstrike against ISIS positions at Abu Hanaya roundabout, located east of Salamiyeh.
A vehicle, equipped with a heavy machine-gun was destroyed and all terrorists inside were killed.
Later, several more vehicles were destroyed at Salba roundabout.
In the eastern province of Deir Ez Zour, Army units clashed with ISIS terrorists at the southern and southwestern axes of Deir Ez Zour city, killing a large number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and equipment.
The Army has also thwarted series of ISIS attacks on military military checkpoints in the surrounding areas of the Syrian Army Regiment 137, and the village of Al Baghiliyeh, where many more terrorists were left dead or injured.
Meanwhile, local sources said ISIS terrorists executed 6 people, one of whom was disabled.
The crimes were committed in the villages of Al Taiyaneh and Al Jalaa in Deir Ez Zour countryside.
