"This initiative of Lithuania provides for economic, political and financial assistance for Ukraine in the context of European integration. It's at least 5 billion euros of annual support for reforms aimed at economic growth and development, " the Ukrainian minister said.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, following the Ukraine-EU summit, announced the beginning of the development of a long-term plan for economic support for Ukraine - akin to the "Marshall Plan" type, to restore the devastated economy of Europe after the Second World War.
