Units of a Syrian Army have made significant gains in the eastern Damascene suburban area of Jobar, following weeks of intense battles.
Led by the elite 42nd Brigade of the 4th Mechanized Division, the Army units eventually managed to break through Al Rahman Brigade’s defenses after finishing off last terrorists at the Al Manasher Roundabout (a key strategic point for the terrorists), earlier on Saturday morning.
