The Syrian Army have just liberated the imperative town of al-Shula to the south of Deir Ezzor city from ISIS.
With this liberation, the Syrian Army from this axis are now 22km from the famous Panorama Roundabout in Deir Ezzor city.
In addition, the Syrian Army can liberate a number of oil fields from the control of the terrorist organization.
Meanwhile, from the other axis, the Syrian Army have reduced the initial 3km gap between Brigade Base 137 and the advancing government forces. It is expected that the siege will be lifted by days end.
Syrian soldiers within the base have already begun mine clearing operations in anticipation for the arrival of the incoming government forces.
