Russian Air Force strikes ISIS in Deir Ez Zour - Like This Article

Russian Air Force has hit several ISIS targets safe distance away from the US Special Operations Forces & Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) strongholds, located inside the ISIS controlled areas in the eastern Syrian province of Deir Ez Zour, Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The strikes come a day after the Russian Air Force annihilated dozens of Uyghur and Al Nusra Front terrorists in the northern countryside of the Syrian province of Lattakia. 

Yesterday, Kurdish-led and US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces accused Russia of carrying out airstrikes against their positions in Deir Ez Zour.

The Russian Defense Ministry has since denied these accusations.
