As a result of a fire at the largest ammunition depot of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in the village of Kalinovka the Ukrainian authorities have begun evacuating the population from the danger zone.

As of 6 o'clock in the morning, 28.3 thousand people were evacuated in the Kalinovskiy district of Vinnytsia region, of which 20,000 people evacuated by their own transport, and 8300 people from designated evacuation points. In addition, 180 patients were evacuated from the Central District Hospital - said a statement of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service. 

As previously reported, on September 26, around 10:00 pm, explosions of ammunition began at military depots of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
