The former president of Georgia, ex-governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili has presented his "Rescue Plan of Ukraine in 70 days". (Reminiscent of the "Perestroika in 500 days" doctrine, anyone?)
The Ukrainian politician installed a projector on the Constitution Square and presented his program on the building of the Verkhovna Rada as a screen. He broadcasted slides of which bills should be adopted.
Saakashvili suggested adopting a law on impeachment, a law on oligarchs and others. Around a dozen people gathered and listened to his program.
The former Odessa governor proposes to improve the situation in Ukraine to adopt a new law on the election of deputies, "abolish the regional state administrations, eliminate unnecessary monitoring bodies, and conduct tax, customs and medical reforms."
In addition, Saakashvili proposes to adopt a law on the right of citizens to armed protection.
