The Syrian Army has taken control over the villages of Hatla and Dawar Al Halabiya in Salhiyah area, located at the northern entrance of Deir Ez Zour city, following fierce clashes with ISIS terrorists on Friday.
The Army has also established control over the neighbourhoods of Al Baleoum and Al Mudihi in the now de-facto ISIS capital of Mayadeen, located in the southeastern countryside of Deir Ez Zour province.
Scores of the terrorists were killed in both operations.
In addition, the Syrian Air Force has targeted several ISIS positions in Hajar Aswad, located south of Damascus.
