The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) days ago gained control of Deir Ezzor's key Industrial District following heavy clashes with terrorist fighters of ISIS, with Ruptly releasing footage from the battle.
Deir Ezzor is located in Syria's east.
The operation was backed by the 4th Armoured Division and Tiger Forces (also known as Qawat Al-Nimr).
Pro-government fighters can be seen moving through the district firing automatic weapons and Rocket Propelled Grenades.
The battle over the Deiz Ezzor's Industrial District lasted for more than two years with the liberation of the area opening the path to the neighboring Saqr Island that has also been liberated.
