DONETSK, Novorossia. The leader of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, announced the holding of a "direct line" on November 2- for the first time, the head of the Republic will communicate simultaneously not only with the inhabitants of Donbass, but also in the regions of Ukraine.
"The destruction, launched in 2014 in Kiev at the Maidan, continues to develop, and Ukraine, with perseverance, seeks self-destruction. It seems to me that the time has come to answer the urgent questions of the residents of our Republic, as well as the questions of those residents of Ukraine who are inclined to dialogue with the Donbass, whose mind is not stricken by the propaganda virus of the followers of Bandera and Shukhevych," Zakharchenko said.
"In the political life of the DPR everything is stable. The Republic has proved its viability, and its leadership is the ability to solve the hardest tasks. Therefore, against the backdrop of an aggravation of the situation in Kiev, lawlessness in the judicial system, rising prices and total corruption, I assume that people from the territory of Ukraine will be interested in how things are in these areas i the DPR."
"The conference, of course, is necessary for residents of the territories of Donbass, temporarily under the control of Kiev. Alexander Zakharchenko has to tell people that they are ours and that we will never leave them," said MP of the Parliament of the Dnepropetrovsk region, Vladislav Berdichevsky.
"Adequate people remain in Ukraine, who would like to see dialogue. I'm more than sure that they are a majority there, but they, unfortunately, are intimidated by the nationalists, who were given a full carte blanche."- says the speaker of the parliament of the LPR Alexei Karyakin.
