Baghdad, Iraq - Iraqi forces have finally begun storming the last ISIS-held city in Iraq located near the Syrian border.
The Iraqi Army's 7th Division has thus far liberated the Tanak and Sinak neighbourhoods of Al-Qaim in Anbar province.
The Iraqi Army and Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) militia's Second Division have now entered Saada neighborhood.
The loss of Al-Qaim in Iraq will reduce the former army into a mere insurgency and a former of what it once was.
Meanwhile the Syrian Army are conducting an operation to liberate their respective side of the border from the terrorist organisation.
