The North Atlantic alliance (NATO) has expressed dissatisfaction with the way Kiev is fulfilling the Annual National Program, a document that defines the list and speed of the reforms to bring Ukraine closer to NATO. This was reported to journalists in Brussels by Vadim Pristaiko, Ukraine's representative to the Alliance.

"The Alliance is dissatisfied with the implementation of the annual plan, and told us so directly, they are dissatisfied with the pace of implementation, and this is not the first year, that is, it is not the first annual program for learning to perform more efficiently," he said.

"The program is grandiose in terms of size and scope of commitments, we take on tasks that are too ambitious, and which then can not be carried out. We sometimes forget that each task must have a resource - human and monetary. Unfortunately, we sometimes make commitments without allocating for it resources," Pristaiko summarized.

Recall, a few days ago, the chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Muzhenko, said that Soviet armament is an obstacle for the transfer of the AFU to NATO standards.

In August, US State Department Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker stated that he believes that Ukraine is not ready to join NATO, and the Alliance is not ready to accept it now.
