Elena Berkova, a Russian adult film actress, has joined into the 2018 Presidential race, becoming one more candidate who declared their desire to run for the presidency of the Russian Federation.
In the video, where Berkova appears in underwear, she lists her "presidential" proposals; "compulsory sexual examination", "poverty tax", "permission to give birth to children after a psychological exam only", "interest-free loans for small business - if people want to work, let them work", "fines for skirts longer than 30cm - taxes to the government" and "the death penalty for sexual harassment." Well, she's not wrong on a number of these - with a touch of humour.
Various journalists have recently spoken about the nomination of Berkova: for example, Alexander Garmazhapov noted "in principle, she openly engages in the same things that politicians do with the electorate. It's at least more honest. "
Note that Berkova, in fact, has no legal right to be nominated to the presidency by virtue of age (one has to be at least 35 years of age).
