The Ukrainian army no longer has military superiority over the Donbass Armed Forces, which have reached a very high level in three years. This was stated on the air of the Ukrainian television channel ZIK, by the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Alexander Kuzmuk.

Kuzmuk said that the Ukrainian army, allegedly, may be able to get to the border, but at the cost of" total destruction and a large number of victims."
"When we said we needed 3 years to strengthen - we gave them 3 years to strengthen! We wanted to have everything in order - and they by the way, have very serious order, a very serious level of discipline. Very serious!
We could now go to our border with Russia, but it would come at a cost of completely erasing Donetsk, Lugansk and Gorlovka from the face of the earth." - said the Ukrainian General.
