The former British Prime Minister David Cameron was asked about how he relates to the possibility of liberalizing the visa regime between Britain and Ukraine after Brexit.

"I think it depends on my successor in the government. I know about what happened to Ukraine and the Schengen countries, a visa-free regime. Britain has a real problem with how many people come and stay or abuse both visa and visa-free regime. Therefore, liberalization of the visa regime should be approached with caution. But I am sure that in the course of time we will discuss how we can improve the situation, " the British politician said.

Not too optimistic for Kiev was his response about the future of Ukraine in the EU.

"Association agreements are fully implemented. I think it's very good. But I do not think that anyone can that Ukraine is close to membership to the EU or NATO. Nevertheless, these organizations should remain open. It depends on the people of Ukraine what direction they want to choose. I hope that Europe will become flexible and open enough for the existence of various forms of the Association Agreement - trade agreements, cooperation agreements, perhaps even different forms of membership. I think that if Europe stands for "one size fits all", then Ukraine will be able to join. Therefore, this issue remains open, "- said Cameron.
