President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has once again remarked about the threat of "all-out war" with Russia.

"The Russian military contingent in the south east, in the Transnistrian measuring Moldova, too, in my opinion, may at any time be used for an attack on our territory and threatening our borders", - said Poroshenko, speaking at a meeting of the administrative board of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, he accused Russia of building up its military presence in Crimea. "The threat of full-scale war on the part of Russia will not go away," - said Poroshenko.

The Ukrainian leader also said that the authorities of the country in 2017 were allocated for the development and procurement of new weapons about nine billion hryvnia (about 333 million dollars).

Kiev authorities are constantly talking about "aggression" from Russia. At the same time Moscow has repeatedly denied such accusations, claiming that Russia has no relation to the conflict in the Donbass, and is interested in Ukraine to overcome the crisis.
