Clashes in the old city of Mosul between ISIS and the iraqi forces are intensifying, as the former is exploiting the current weather conditions in Mosul in order to launch new attacks.
According to the field reports, the Iraqi forces liberated the Al Yameen neighbourhood in the right side of the connector.
Military reinforcements of the Iraqi forces were sent to the outskirts of the old city of Mosul, as clashes between Iraqi forces and ISIS continue in Mayassa, a district west of Mosul.
More than 2000 ISIS terrorists are said to be lurking around the sites in the old city of Mosul.
Despite this, the Iraqi forces are constantly advancing. A key neighbourhood of Al Resalah, located in the right coast of the connector, was recently liberated.
