The first anti-aircraft missile system S-400s have already been delivered to China, according to State Duma deputy Vladimir Gutenev. There has been as yet no official confirmation. The fact that the first contract for the delivery of the S-400 was concluded with China became known in April 2015.

Vladimir Gutenev is First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Chairman of the Duma Commission for Legal Support of Development of Organizations of the Defense Industry Complex. He has stated that Russia has begun the delivery of S-400 Triumph air defense systems to China.

"India is now actively eyeing the S-400. We have now put the first divisions in China," Gutenev said on Ekho Moskvy radio (quoted by Interfax).

The agency notes that Rosoboronexport and the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of Russia have not yet commented on the delivery of the first S-400s to China.
