Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchinov, called any cooperation with Russia - treason. The status of high treason will go into effect after the adoption of the law on reintegration of Donbass.
In addition, Turchinov drew attention to the fact that the law should ensure a real de-occupation of the Donbass, but with the use of a comprehensive method - it is the use of force, as well as the diplomatic path.
A reminder that on October 6, in the first reading, Ukrainian parliamentarians voted for the bill on the reintegration of Donbass, which gives the president the right to use armed forces inside the country without the consent of the parliament. The bill refers to Russia as "aggressor country".
