Sberbank, the largest Russian state owned bank has confirmed that it hired Tony Podesta, brother of John Podesta, the chairman of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign."The New York office of Sberbank CIB indeed hired Podesta Group," the company has stated. Podesta was hired to lobby for the bank via it's interests in the United States, the press service of the Russian credit institution stated. In particular, Podesta was engaged in lobbying for the cancellation of a variety of anti-russian sanctions targeting the banking sector. He was paid $170,000 for his efforts.

Democratic super lobbyist Tony Podesta failed to register under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) when he represented Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank. Sberbank has close ties with the Russian intelligence community, meaning that in effect, Podesta was acting as a foreign agent by agreeing to lobby for Russian interests connected directly to the Russian government's intelligence services.

“The FARA Registration Unit personnel conducted a search related to your questions and can confirm that the search terms — Sberbank CIB USA, Inc., or Sberbank — are not currently (nor previously have been) registered under FARA,” Marc Raimondi, The national security spokesman at the Department of Justice, confirmed to the Daily Caller.

This is just one of the latest events in a string of disturbing connections to the Russian government from the Clinton milieu, who claim that it is Trump who ostensibly has the connections to the Kremlin. A New York Times article, titled "Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation amid Russian Uranium Deal", details how the Clinton Foundation not only directly facilitated the sale and transfer of uranium to the Russian government, but also had Hillary Clinton herself; she of the eternal Russophobic faction of the deep state, give speeches in Moscow for a fairly large sum of money.

The New York times article linked above contains a two disturbing paragraphs;

"As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock."

The disgusting irony of Clinton's accusations against the Trump campaign, is that she herself has direct, provable and inarguable links to the Russian government through various sources that are severe enough to be considered direct national security threats - and yet she claims Trump and co. are Russian agents. It may seem unthinkable to radical liberals that some just want good will with powerful nation states capable of utilizing vast resources for good, such as Russia, and that everyone who supports Russia should be be an agent of some kind.

With revelations such as these, I'm sure the Trump milieu is, yet again, tired of winning.
