The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchinov, has called for the speedy introduction of a visa regime with Russia.
"I believe that this issue is not just ripe but overripe. It is necessary to implement as quickly as possible. It would be better for the country" - Turchinov said.
He stated that the country needs to build a border, which "will protect Ukraine from Russian aggression, and the West from the provocative penetration of hybrid technology."
"Perhaps it is our historic mission" - he added.
