Hezbollah, with the support of the Russian Air Force and Syrian Air Force, is completing the battle with Al Qaeda for the Syrian-Lebanese border.

After the successful operation, which led to the capture of almost the entire territory of the Arsal area in Lebanon,  the suspension of hostilities has been announced.

The ceasefire agreement signed with the terrorists "Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham" ("Jabhat Al-Nusra" *, Syrian "Al-Qaida *") and effective from 06:00 today, was implemented throughout Arsal. In turn, the militants agreed to leave this strategically important area and began to prepare for evacuation to the Idlib province.

Similar agreements have been implemented in the areas of Al-Zabadani and Madaya, where terrorists will also be relocated to the Syrian province of Idlib, leaving their previously occupied positions in Lebanon.

The battle for Arsal ends with victory and now the Lebanese fighters will switch their attention to the captured Ras Baalbak and Kaa-Barrens areas, which is in the north-east of the country.
