Russia plans to conclude an intergovernmental agreement on military cooperation with the Republic of Niger.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved the draft by decree which had been submitted for consultation to the Defense Ministry and agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
