Something doesn't stack up: Serbia to hold military exercises with NATO - Like This Article

In Serbia, the first joint military exercises with NATO member countries will be held, scheduled for October 2018, Radio Slobodna Evropa reports.

"The event could be a political breakthrough in cooperation with the North Atlantic Alliance," it says.

It is worth noting that the Serbian military has already participated in more than 20 military exercises under the auspices of NATO as observers. But the military exercise "REGEX 18" will be held for the first time in the territory of Serbia.

Which is very strange given the permanent anti-NATO fixture in the center of Belgrade, at the parliament building.
