The Kazakh Foreign Ministry made an official announcement on Monday, saying that the plenary meeting of the 6th round of talks on settlement of the Syrian crisis will be held on Friday.
According to the Ministry, the plenary meeting will take place in Kazakh capital of Astana on Friday.
“We invite the representatives of media to cover the plenary meeting of the talks, which will take place on September 15th in Rixos President Astana Hotel,” the announcement read.
So far, the Kazakh capital of Astana hosted five sessions of talks on settlement of the Syrian crisis, with every single one of them stressing the importance of preserving Syria’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, in addition to urging cessation of hostilities towards the country.
