President Petro Poroshenko welcomes the arrival in Ukraine of the first batch of coal from the United States.
"I welcome the first American coal in Ukraine, delivered in accordance with my agreements with President Trump" - he noted.
Poroshenko called the deliveries "an important contribution to the energy security of the state" and "a vivid testimony of mutually beneficial cooperation between strategic partners."
"Irreversible loss for Russia is another tool of energy blackmail, despite the insidious theft of Ukrainian coal in the Ukrainian Donbass" - added the Ukrainian president.
