The US-led coalition has killed 12 civilians in Deir Ezzor countryside, according to Syrian state-media service SANA.
The airstrike reportedly struck residential areas of Makhan town and al-Mayadeen city.
Reports have said that most of the victims were women and children and that there was substantial damage done to local homes and properties.
