Syrian Forces made new progress against ISIS terrorists in the eastern province of Deir Ez Zour.
Earlier on Saturday, units of the Syrian Army established full control over the village of Howeijet Al Mrai’eyeh, located in southeastern countryside of Deir Ez Zour province, killing a large number of ISIS terrorists in the process.
This is a rather important achievement as it will enhance security in the areas around the village of Jafraa and the military airport.
According to the field reports, the Army units also carried out series of intense strikes against ISIS gatherings and hideouts in the eastern countryside of the province, leaving scores of the terrorists dead or injured, especially after destroying their defense lines.
