It was hours ago reported by Fort Russ News that the Syrian Army was about 5 km away from the town of Mayadeen, the main provincial ISIS stronghold in Deir Ezzor.
It has now bee reported by Muraselon that the elite Tiger Forces of the Syrian Army are now within 2km of Mayadeen.
"We can see Al-Balaum rotary from our new sites in the front of the city ,” a military source revealed to Muraselon.
Mayadeen serves as an operational center in Deir Ezzor province and is where most ISIS fighters house their families.
