The Iraqi Integrity commission has issued an arrest warrant for former Army Chief of Staff, Babeker Zebari, for the theft of seven vehicles.
The integrity commission trimmed a huge level of corruption that was present in the Iraqi Army in 2014, allowing for the evolution into today's army effective army.
The former Chief of Staff was in his position between 2003-2015 with a variety of corruption charges leveled against him.
Billions of dollars in mismanaged funds have been pursued by the commission.
