A meeting of the Defense Ministers of the CIS member states which was hosted by Tajikistan, was reportedly marked by a small incident.
After the meeting was over, the participants went for a traditional family photo session.
The ministers or deputy ministers representing the states attending the meeting, were lined up in alphabetical order.
Consequently, the Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov was supposed to stand right next to the Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Artak Zakaryan.
But this did not happen. Supposedly intimidated by the presence of the Armenian official, Hasanov posed for a photo while hiding behind the flag of his country.
