Syria's Information Minister, Mohammed Ramiz Tarjaman, has said that the Turkish and US military intervetion is a violation of Syria's sovereignty and that his country has a right to respond to these aggression's, he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"We do not consider any city liberated until the Syrian Arab army enters it and lifts the Syrian flag over it, he said.
"This applies to any point of the Syrian map," Tardjaman continued.
Although he acknoledges the ISIS defeat in Raqqa is positive, no part of Syria is fully liberated 'regardless of whether ISIS is there or some other faction or organization' except for the Syrian Army.
