DAMASCUS, Syria. Units of the Syrian Army have killed scores of ISIS terrorists while conducting operations throughout the eastern city of Deir Ez Zour.
According to the field reports, Syrian Air Force carried out series of intense strikes, targeting ISIS bases, gatherings, and fortified positions in the neighborhoods of Al Hamidiyeh, Kannamat, Jbeileh, and Al Sheikh Yassin, killing and injuring dozens of terrorists.
This allowed Syrian Army’s ground units to extend control over several new housing complexes and public service buildings all the way up to Khadija Al Kubra School in Al Hamidiyeh.
In addition, lots of terrorists were killedm following violent clashes between the Syrian Army and ISIS-affiliated terrorist groups in Borsaeed Street and Al Matar Al Qadim neighborhood.
