Thousands of Yemenis commemorate the October Revolution, condemn Saudi war crimes - Like This Article

October 15, 2017 - Fort Russ News - Paul Antonopoulos

Yemenis in the city of Taiz commemorated the 54th anniversary of the October Revolution yesterday.

The October Revolution, or incorrectly known in the West as the "Aden Emergency", began in 1963 and saw the British Crown colony of Aden gain its independence in 1967 with the establishment of the People's Republic of Yemen.

Speakers called on the north and south of Yemen to be united against the common Saudi enemy while condemning their war crimes.
