The Ukrainian army have disrupted an agreed ceasefire with the OSCE, for the duration of the maintenance of a CCTV camera, in the south of Donbass. This was announced today by the head of the Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire regime, Ruslan Yakubov.
"Yesterday, both sides agreed to security guarantees for the OSCE mission to carry out maintenance of the CCTV camera installed in Shirokino. In addition, together with a repair group, they were supposed to fix some of the damage sustained in the shelling of Kominternovo village earlier today. The OSCE has not been able to depart for the mission as the Ukrainian army had opened fire on the village of Kominternovo" - he said.
