The Head of the Board of Ukraine's Naftogaz, Andrew Kobolev, said that the decision of the Stockholm arbitration on the dispute betwen Naftogaz and Gazprom, "is not an intermediary decision" as is claimed by Gazprom.
The Head of Naftogaz said that "the refusal of the Russian monopolist on the execution of a court judgment will be unprecedented." The Ukrainian side will seek the seizure of Gazprom assets.
"We were able to review the price of gas since 2014, something the Ukraine didn't sign up for - which means that the entire volume of gas that Naftogaz has bought from the Russian Gazprom to this period of time, Gazprom will have to compensate" - he said.
