Imposter Macron’s popularity plummets off the charts - Like This Article

July 23, 2017 - Fort Russ News -

A new poll has shown a double digit drop in French President Emmanuel Macron's approval rating in the space of a month. Commenting on the phenomenon, French politics specialist Maxim Sokolov said that the odd waning of the president's approval rating can be explained by the way in which his rating was artificially built up in the first place.

Macron's rating has slipped 10 percentage points to 54 percent – the sharpest decline over the first three months of a French presidency since Jacques Chirac, whose rating dropped 15 points between May and July of 1995.

The real question worth asking, according to the analyst, is how Macron could wind up losing so much political capital in such a short period of time, all without a major political crisis.

A French politics analyst say that Macron is a "product of advanced political spin machines," and that the politician "has only done that which he knows how."; "This young man came from complete obscurity, and managed to nullify the elite of the Fifth Republic, and to gain control over the country – power that seemed unlimited.”

By the combined efforts of political structures, leading media, NGOs and the so-called deep state, a great deal can be achieved. An idea that was formulated a long time ago by [French-born Russian-American journalist] Vladimir Pozner, who once said that 'if you constantly show a horse's ass on television, its ratings will go off the scale.'"

So there you have it.
