At least seven people were killed on Thursday due to increased number of rocket and mortar attacks on Harabish neighborhood in the eastern Syrian city of Deir Ez Zour.
According to the field reports, last remainings of ISIS terrorists in the area were intensively shelling Al Harabish neighborhood in the south of the city, leaving at least 7 people dead and 29 others injured, in addition to causing massive material damage to public and private properties.
In a separate incident, two Brigadier Generals named Ghassan Iskandar Tarraf and Brigadier Ibrahim Zaki Al Hajj were injured in an explosion after their vehicle hit a land mine, planted by ISIS terrorists in the outskirts of Deir Ez Zour city.
On Tuesday, Syrian military declared a victory against ISIS terrorists in the eastern province of Deir Ez Zour. Despite this, some gatherings of ISIS terrorists can still be found in the area.
