Syrian Forces managed to lift the siege of Deir Ez Zour International Airport on Friday after previously being besieged by ISIS terrorists for nearly 9 months.
The troops from Cemetery Axis already met up with troops from the local airbase.
The airport was the main supply point and travel route to Deir Ez Zour before ISIS cut it away from the rest of the city about 9 months ago.
Apart from that, the Syrian Forces also took control over Taliet Aloush that overlooks the graveyard areas and is located in the southwestern outskirts of the city, following intense clashes with ISIS terrorists, during which, scores of the terrorists were killed.
Later, Syrian Army and NDF captured Jaleel and Milad, located on the cemetery axis in Deir Ez Zour.
