North Korea has announced it will not negoatiate with the United States until it stops being "hostile".
North Korea'spermanent representative to the UN, Cha Son Nam, stated this on Friday at a General Assembly meeting in New York City.
The representative specifically said that North Korea would not negotiate over its missile and nuclear programs until the US completely halted its hostile policies and threats against the country.
Long-time enemies North Korea and the US have in recent months become increasingly hostile due to Pyongyang's insistence on its nuclear program that it claims is for self defense.
