ISIS claims to have recaptured major oil field from Kurdish forces in eastern Syria - Like This Article

October 12, 2017 - Fort Russ News - Paul Antonopoulos

ISIS have claimed in its so-called media services that it has regained areas from the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in eastern Syria.

The terrorist group announced that it regained control over the Al-Jafra oil field to the north west of Deir Ezzor city.

In the process of the attack, ISIS claimed that 17 fighters of the US-backed SDF were killed.

This comes as the SDF have made no major advancements in Deir Ezzor countryside following their rapid capture of territory from ISIS some weeks back.
